An ICE agent arrested an illegal immigrant who was driving without a license and had a string of other traffic violations, but was told to release him because he wasn’t a “priority” under the new unconstitutional rules of Obama’s enforcement plan for illegal immigrants. When the officer refused, he was then suspended for 3 days and the illegal immigrant was released and his union is now worried that if it happens again he could lose his pension.
